FAQ

Frequently asked questions

Straight answers about the platform, getting started, and your account.

What is Blue Bettle ELD?

Blue Bettle ELD is an electronic logging and fleet-management platform for trucking companies. It brings driver logs, Hours-of-Service tracking, GPS fleet visibility, IFTA mileage reporting, DVIR inspections, and maintenance reminders into one connected system with a driver app and an administrative web portal.

What is the current FMCSA registration status?

ELD provider registration for model BTL223, version 2.143.2 or later, is currently under FMCSA review. Receipt of an application does not constitute FMCSA approval, certification, or listing. We will update this website when the review is complete.

How do existing customers sign in?

Use the Admin Login button in the menu or header. It opens the secure Blue Bettle ELD portal in a new browser tab. Portal access is available for active Blue Bettle ELD accounts.

What equipment do we need?

Requirements depend on your vehicles. During your demo, our team will review your trucks and confirm the in-vehicle device, supported mobile devices, and setup steps that fit your operation.

How is pricing determined?

Pricing depends on the number of vehicles and the options you need. Request a demo and we will provide a clear quote for your fleet.

Does Blue Bettle ELD offer drug testing or compliance services?

Drug-testing and trucking compliance services — including DOT drug testing, random consortium management, and FMCSA Clearinghouse assistance — are provided through our affiliated compliance business, Test Pro LLC. Test Pro LLC is a separate company from BLUE BETTLE ELD SOLUTIONS LLC and does not provide the ELD platform. Service availability and eligibility may vary. Request compliance support.

Can you help with Highway, TruckerCloud, or other integration issues?

To connect Highway, copy your API key from the Blue Bettle ELD portal (Admin Login) and add it in your Highway account. Yes. If information isn't coming through correctly between your Blue Bettle ELD account and Highway, TruckerCloud, or another connected platform, email our customer support team at csr@bluebettle.com or use the contact form and choose the matching issue type. Please include your USDOT number, the affected driver or vehicle, and any error message.

For questions about your account on the Highway platform itself, visit highway.com (opens in a new tab). Highway and TruckerCloud are trademarks of their respective owners.

Who do I contact with insurance questions?

Insurance services may be available separately through CORE WEALTH INSURANCE LLC, subject to licensing, carrier availability, eligibility, underwriting, coverage terms, and applicable state requirements. You can send an insurance question through our contact form, and it will be passed along. CORE WEALTH INSURANCE LLC is a separate company from Test Pro LLC and BLUE BETTLE ELD SOLUTIONS LLC.
